Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders are sent from our South Carolina facility. While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, please note that processing times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the USA only.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping address. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your package is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Order Tracking and Shipping Updates:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this to monitor your order’s progress.

Address Changes:
Review your order details carefully before submitting to ensure all information is correct. If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order’s shipping label is created, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.  For USPS shipments, call 1-800-275-8777.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to report the issue. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
  • Stolen Packages: If your package was stolen from your delivery location, please contact the carrier and file a police report if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at customerservice@girlhomecandles.com. We will assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

As a small business, we are deeply grateful for your support. Our team is working hard to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience. If your order hasn’t shipped 3 business days after the expected ship date, please feel free to reach out to us.
